Food Friday: Homemade Breakfast, Arequipa

This week has been pretty light on food porn opportunities. With settling into our new apartment in Arequipa, we've mostly just been working at home and haven't been eating out all that much. This has meant, however, that we've had the chance to cook for ourselves (something of a novelty when you're constantly moving from place to place!) and eat breakfast when and how we wanted.

Of course, since we're in Peru, I had to include some avocado in the breakfast (and in fact any other meal that Zab will let me add it to!), which I must say goes rather well with omelette and toast. Also, since our apartment is blessed with having the luxury of a blender (it's the little things that please me), I've been experimenting with all manner of weird concoctions for breakfasts this past week!
