We're now back in Argentina, and in our usual style, found a nice vegetarian place on our first night. The menu was fixed, so there was no messy decision making, and we got to try several different dishes in one. The warm, cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, El Vegetariano, was nicely mirrored in the simple but well prepare food.

There was the usual home-made bread and spread starter, followed by a generous plate of rice, vegetable pancakes, squash, salad, beetroot gnocchi and for some reason, a slice of deep fried pineapple. Not being huge fans of the latter, we left that, but mopped up everything else!
