We're now in Chile, and we have discovered a new form of street food: sopaipillas, which is a circular, deep fried bread. We found a stall selling them (along with deep fried empanadas) with a long queue of locals, so we guessed they must be good. And they are! We ate some with pebre (a salsa made from tomatoes, coriander [cilantro] and onion), avocado and tuna. Yum yum.
